OMS is now Azure Monitor
The OMS portal has retired for the Azure commercial cloud on January 15, 2019, it has now moved to the Azure Portal.
For the Azure US Government cloud, the OMS portal will be officially retired on March 30, 2019.
SCOM 2019 offers new experience for alerts generated by monitors
Microsoft has decided to revamp the current alert closure experience that is generated by monitors in SCOM 2019, which also will provide a better value.
