Update Rollup 1 for System Center 2019 was originally scheduled for Q3 of 2019, but delays have postponed this until the next year.
In my previous blog post System Center roadmap updates for 2019 I talked about roadmap updates for this year (2019), now we have new information and an updated roadmap for the System Center suite.
The new roadmap looks as follows:
This means that the first Update Rollup for System Center 2019 will break Microsoft’s promise of an Update Rollup being released every 6 month.
This means that we will not be seeing the Update Rollup 1 for System Center 2019 this year, and also no Update Rollup 9 for System Center 2016.
Let’s hope the System Center engineers get enough time now to sort everything out and hopefully they’ll be able to fix even more bugs!
In the meantime, if you have any feedback for any of the System Center products, make sure to submit them over at their dedicated uservoice pages!
